Custom Order Process

Thank you for your inquiry, I’m so excited to work with you on your custom piece!! Please read the following information on my custom order process!

ALL CUSTOM REQUESTS AND INSPO PICTURES MUST BE BASED OFF OF MY DESIGNS! 

Here’s how my customs work:

  • A $30 nonrefundable deposit will be due before discussing the design of your custom piece. This deposit will go towards the final price of your piece. 
  • Once your custom design is finalized, a $60 materials deposit will be due before I start working on your piece. I will then give you the total of your final payment. This deposit will also go towards your final price of your piece!
  • After I complete your custom piece, the final payment will be due before shipment.

Custom Time Turnaround:

  • Please allow 10-13 business days for me to complete your custom piece. I love creating custom pieces but they do fall second in priority to my drops!
  • This timeline may vary on stone sourcing if I don’t have inventory of the stone you are interested in.
  • I am taking rushed custom orders but an additional fee will be added to your total (less than 10-13 business days).

Design Process:

  • Custom inspo must be based off of pictures of my own work.
  • I do not recreate/copy other artists designs!

Stones and Materials:

  • At this moment I only create jewelry out of .925 and .999 Sterling silver.
  • I will use personal stones/sea glass but I will require a photo of it before agreeing to use it.
  • Stone availability can vary. If I don’t have inventory of the stone/sea glass your looking for I would be more than happy to spend time sourcing your perfect stone from my suppliers. 

Communication: 

  • Custom communication can be handled via email or dms through Instagram.
  • I try to respond to all my messages as soon as possible but please allow 1-2 business days for my response during the designing phase.
  • Out of respect please respond to my messages within 1-2 business days during the designing phase.

Final Payment:

  • The final payment will be due after I finish your custom piece. Please pay invoice within 5 business days.
  • Your custom piece will not be shipped until I receive your final payment.  

Returns and Exchanges of Custom Pieces:

  • Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchanges, they are final sale!
  • If you choose to cancel your custom piece during the designing phase your $30 deposit will be forfeited.
