Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. As each piece is custom-made, returns are not accepted, and refunds are not available under any circumstances.
• Exchanges may be considered at my discretion. If you’d like to discuss a possible exchange, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.

Processing & Shipping

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order items, please allow 7-10 business days for crafting, as each piece is meticulously handmade to deliver exceptional quality.
• For custom orders please allow 10-12 business days. My customs are always open but fall second in priority to my drops.

Care & Wear Information

• I take pride in designing jewelry meant for everyday wear, but please keep in mind that jewelry is inherently delicate. While crafted with care, these pieces are not indestructible. To preserve their beauty, handle them gently, especially during activities that could cause damage, such as exercising, swimming, or manual work. Since Sterling Silver naturally tarnishes I provide a polishing cloth in every package.
